  • Lead and support Workday Recruiting module implementation, configuration and optimization.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday Recruiting best practices.
  • Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
  • Working experience on candidate purge, Custom report creation experience from moderate to complex level
  • Configure Offer letter, End to End TA bp’s experience for Apply to Ready for Hire
  • Experience in EIB creations and Loading and Release feature analysis
  • Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes
  • Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues
  • Conduct system, end to end and regression testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defects
  • Provide end user training and develop documentation
  • Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and managing the team to achieve successful outcomes, making key decisions, and providing status updates to the PMO

Qualification:

  • 6+ years of experience working with Workday Recruitment
  • Strong understanding of Workday  Recruitment configurations, workflows, and reporting.
  • Experience with Workday security, business processes, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication, stakeholder and team management skills.
