- Lead and support Workday Recruiting module implementation, configuration and optimization.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday Recruiting best practices.
- Gather business requirements, lead client workshops, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
- Working experience on candidate purge, Custom report creation experience from moderate to complex level
- Configure Offer letter, End to End TA bp’s experience for Apply to Ready for Hire
- Experience in EIB creations and Loading and Release feature analysis
- Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the effective integration of business processes
- Work closely with data and integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues
- Conduct system, end to end and regression testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defects
- Provide end user training and develop documentation
- Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and managing the team to achieve successful outcomes, making key decisions, and providing status updates to the PMO
Qualification:
- 6+ years of experience working with Workday Recruitment
- Strong understanding of Workday Recruitment configurations, workflows, and reporting.
- Experience with Workday security, business processes, and integrations.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication, stakeholder and team management skills.
