The ideal candidate will have 5- 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leveraging AI technologies to create innovative solutions. Mandatory Skills:
- Diffusion Model Optimization at scale
- Multi modal alignment
- Fine tuning LLMs with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)
- Sparse Attention Mechanism Engineering
- Training foundational models from scratch
- Latent space manipulation & controllability in Generative Models
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 7 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Demonstrated experience in working with generative AI technologies.
