· Proficient in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, Lightning, LWC, and familiar with modern web and mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Components, others), REST & SOAP APIs, Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud (Web-to-Case and Email-to-Case)
· Should be well versed in Development and Deployment lifecycle with knowledge of code quality tools and CICD tools.
Optional / Nice to Have:
· Knowledge on Omnichannel
· Knowledge on Einstein BOT, Agent Force and SF AI
· Experience in integration – SOAP APIs, REST API (JSON, XML)
· Continuous Integration – SFDX and Azure DevOps
· Working in Agile development techniques using DevOps tools.
· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
· Salesforce Certified Admin / Advance Admin/ Salesforce Platform Developer I and II / Platform App Builder / AI Associate/ AI Specialist.
