Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce Cloud Data (CDP) experience is mandatory

  • Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies
  • Identify data points required to enable use cases
  • Analyze data for usability in CDP
  • Identify data cleansing requirements
  • Map data sources to CDP data objects (which requires detailed knowledge of the CDP data model)
  • Map data fields to CDP data fields
  • Identify the need to custom CDP objects
  • Determine the relationship between CDP data objects
  • Identify the appropriate primary and secondary keys for each object
  • Determine the specific unification algorithms required for the data of a given client
  • Design test data to test the data model and unification algorithms
  • Execute complex system tests
  • Create web pages and tests on Salesforce Interaction Studios utilizing your knowledge expertise of CSS/HTML/JavaScript.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams in creating full landing page templates.
  • Monitor and maintain existing interaction studio templates and campaigns.
  • Set timelines of deliverables and expectations with all parties involved in a timely manner.
  • Make content updates in website which are requested via email/ ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot code and conduct QA review for all Salesforce Interaction Studio campaigns and templates.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to make good judgment

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing data in MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics space.
  • Minimum 1-year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms
  • Minimum 2-year hands on SQL experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure
  • Experience managing large-scale full-life cycle implementation of personalization solution
  • Strong aptitude toward communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids. Ability to conceptualize and design sophisticated wireframes, workflows, and diagrams

Relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud, related certifications is a plus (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)
