Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of complex digital automation solutions using Microsoft PowerApps.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of advanced PowerBI dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated scripting solutions to automate workflows and integrate disparate systems.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and feasibility studies for new automation initiatives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of automation solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to digital automation practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in developing solutions with PowerApps and PowerBI.
  • Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python.
  • Proven track record of leading digital automation projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to innovate and drive change within the team and across the organization.
