Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex digital automation solutions using Microsoft PowerApps.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of advanced PowerBI dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement sophisticated scripting solutions to automate workflows and integrate disparate systems.
- Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and feasibility studies for new automation initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of automation solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to digital automation practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in developing solutions with PowerApps and PowerBI.
- Expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python.
- Proven track record of leading digital automation projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to innovate and drive change within the team and across the organization.
