Job Description: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications Implementation and Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications Implementation and Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, with a specific focus on Benefits and Compensation modules. Additionally, knowledge of Core HR functionalities is considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, specifically in the areas of Benefits and Compensation.
– Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system issues, providing guidance, and delivering user training.
– Perform system testing, including creating test scripts, executing tests, and documenting results.
– Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
– Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address system gaps, propose solutions, and implement best practices.
– Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Requirements:
– At least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules.
– Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, with a focus on Benefits and Compensation functionalities.
– Familiarity with Core HR functionalities is considered a plus.
– Proven experience in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications certifications are a plus.
