Job description:
- We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in CORE HCM and Talent Management to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in the field, with a minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations and experience conducting Discovery Phase activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand Business Requirements: Work closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs and objectives.
- Gap Analysis: Identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Best Practice Solutions: Propose optimal solutions based on industry best practices and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Single Point of Contact (SPOC): Act as the liaison between the business and implementation partners, facilitating clear communication and understanding.
- Implementation Oversight: Ensure that the chosen solutions are effectively adopted by the implementation partner and meet the business’s expectations.
- Documentation Review: Examine solution documents to confirm they fulfill the requirements and adhere to the agreed standard
Qualifications:
Certification:
Must possess certification in CORE HCM and Talent Management.
Experience:
A minimum of 6 years in CORE HCM and Talent Management, with at least 2 successful end-to-end implementations.
Discovery Phase:
Proven experience in conducting and completing Discovery Phase activities.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to serve as a bridge between the business and technical teams.
