1. Minimum 4 years of experience in development in Sales & Service Cloud
2. Minimum 4+ years of experience in Salesforce FSC Development.
3. Leading the development scrum team ensuring the doubts/difficulties of dev team members are eliminated.
4. Provide support to development team in making decision of development strategies like OOTB or Custom code.
5. Understanding of technical architecture document and BRD so that business ask can be met using standards defined by architect.
6. Do peer review of code developed by teammates ensuring coding standards are followed.
7. Raise a flag on business requirements which may not be suitable as per Salesforce platform limitation.
8. Provide alternate development approach to product owners making best use of Salesforce platform.
9. Lead the sprint demo at the end of sprint and take business signoff on development done.
10. Ensuring all the components developed/modified by team members are pushed to code repository
