Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Freelance Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-based model. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on IT services and solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, bringing in new clients, and providing requirements for various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for IT staffing, technology services, and project requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Work closely with our team to understand service offerings and match them with client needs.
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Provide regular updates on progress and potential opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
  • Strong understanding of various technologies (e.g., software development, cloud solutions, IT infrastructure).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
