We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Freelance Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-based model. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on IT services and solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, bringing in new clients, and providing requirements for various technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads for IT staffing, technology services, and project requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Work closely with our team to understand service offerings and match them with client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on progress and potential opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the IT sector.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
- Strong understanding of various technologies (e.g., software development, cloud solutions, IT infrastructure).
