Responsibilities
Configure Conga CPQ to support product bundling, pricing rules, discounting models, and approvals.
- Assist in designing and implementing guided selling processes for improved sales efficiency.
- Support quote document generation and approval workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Conga CPQ related issues.
- Work with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Conga CPQ configurations.
- Assist with integrating Conga CPQ with Salesforce, ERP, and other third party systems.
- Perform UAT, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption.
Mandatory Skill Sets
- 5 9 years of experience in Salesforce with at least 5+ years working with Conga CPQ.
- Conga Call backs and Csharp skills is mandatory
- Hands on experience with Conga CPQ configuration, pricing models, approval workflows, and guided selling.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules).
- Basic knowledge of SOQL, Apex, and Lightning Components (preferred).
- Experience integrating Conga CPQ with ERP, Billing, or e Signature solutions (DocuSign, AdobeSign, etc.).
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Conga CPQ certification is a plus.
