Job Summary

We are looking for a self-driven Recruiter who can deliver consistent results. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills and deep knowledge of filtering and recruiting talent across SFDC, SAP, Oracle, Full Stack, and Database technologies is preferred. This role requires a long-term commitment and a results-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and translate them into successful hiring strategies through efficient sourcing
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and filtering for niche and bulk requirements
• Use advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases)
• Ensure timely closures hiring targets
• Track performance metrics and ensure delivery excellence
